Once a digital product (e.g., PNG files, clipart, templates, bundles, downloads) has been purchased, it cannot be:

  • Returned

  • Refunded

  • Exchanged

  • Cancelled

This is because digital files cannot be “returned”, and customers receive instant access immediately after payment.

2. Situations Where a Refund May Be Considered

Refunds will only be considered in the following rare cases:

✔ Duplicate Purchase

If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, we will refund one of the transactions.

✔ Technical Issue on Our End

If you do not receive your files due to a system error and our support team cannot deliver the product to you manually.

✔ File Corruption or Missing Files

If a file is corrupted or missing, and we cannot provide a working replacement within 48 hours.

In all other cases, refunds will not be issued.

If your download link expires, we will reissue it upon request.
